The Orchard Park
Starz Travel
Program is a
volunteer based
program
dedicated to
advancing the
cause of
competitive
softball to
Orchard Park's
travel softball
players. Our
three travel
teams are chosen
by Orchard Park
Little League
approved coaches
through open
tryout and
compete in The
Metro Girl's
Softball
League. Residency
requirements
do apply. |

Orchard Park Starz 12U
Reaches Metro
League Finals
The 12U Starz
team advanced to the
FINALS of the 19
team Metro
League playoffs
with a 7-3
victory over
Clarence in the
first round, a 6-3 victory
over Cayuga in
the
quarterfinals
and a 6-4
victory over
Lancaster in the
semi-finals.
The Starz
championship run
was ended in the
finals by the
undefeated Grand
Island team -

The two recent skills
clinics were a huge
success. We thank all of
the parents for bringing
their child to the
clinic and we thank all
of the coaches and
parents who volunteered
their time to making the
clinics run smoothly.

The Orchard Park Starz Travel Softball Program is committed to continuing the long history of success in our town. Our players, coaches and families are energized to achieve a high level of success both today and into the future. We will reach this goal through the dedication of our players, coaches and families. The primary goal of our Travel teams is to develop our players to become starters on our Orchard Park High School teams and beyond.
Orchard Park Starz
travel softball players
have the benefit of
using the Orchard Park
Starz organization as a
springboard into the
higher levels of
softball. Our coaches
and directors have
connections with the
high school and local
college coaches. We also
work with many local and
regional clinics and
camps to
further improve the
skills of our players.
We are dedicated to
helping our players
achieve higher levels -
even well after they
have graduated our
program.
We are also active with
the OPLL house league by
coordinating various "in
house" skills clinics
designed to further
develop the skills of
our young players.
